Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a Reimbursement, Billing Support Representative working from our Friendswood, TX office, with a start date of April 13th 2026. Excellent Annual Salary + 20% Bonus Potential 20 Accrued PTO Days Annually 10 Paid Holidays 401K with 100% Company Match up to 6% 3 Health Care Plan Options + Company HSA Contribution Company Stock Grant Upon Hire A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Billing Support Representative, A typical day in the life of a Billing Support Representative entails performing clerical duties associated with laboratory insurance billing, including, but not limited to, printing, reviewing, and mailing outgoing forms and letters. Responsibilities also include reviewing, indexing, and distributing incoming mail, faxes, and lockbox documents to the appropriate patient accounts and teams. This individual will spend the most time indexing documents in the billing system, as well as printing and mailing files. Attention to detail is essential, as this role involves working with sensitive documents and providing administrative support to the Reimbursement team.
Requirements
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams to achieve goals
- Experience utilizing document management software, printing, folding, and postage machines
- Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy
Responsibilities
