As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you’ll grow and manage a portfolio of middle market commercial clients while deepening relationships across the market. You’ll partner closely with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and drive sustainable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of commercial banking or B2B sales experience
  • Strong credit analysis skills and proven client relationship management success
  • Experience with non‑borrowing products and complex commercial relationship
  • Established network of commercial or real estate referral partners

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate relationships to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
  • Drive new business development through client referrals, centers of influence, and proactive prospecting.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
  • Analyze financial information to structure sound credit solutions aligned with client needs and bank risk standards.
  • Ensure portfolio compliance with credit policy, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process alongside portfolio partners.
  • Build community presence by participating in business and community organizations to expand referral networks.
