About The Position

This strategic role within the Workplace Banking Program is centered on leading high value employer and client relationships that strengthen our market position and fuel sustainable growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, ensuring long term satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand our footprint. You will drive new business development by uncovering opportunities within existing partnerships and pursuing new employer relationships aligned with our growth strategy. Your ability to cultivate influence, build trust, and translate client needs into actionable solutions will be critical to advancing the program’s impact. Collaborating across internal teams, you will elevate operational performance through strategic planning, process optimization, and high standards execution. You will champion continuous improvement, streamline workflows, and support client training to ensure an exceptional end to end experience. This role requires confident decision making, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to anticipate client needs before they arise. Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
