The Role The Relationship Manager proposes, initiates, and oversees all loan and deposit programs provided by the company; assures that lending and deposit activities of the company meet the needs of the customers. The Relationship Manager is primarily focused on building Commercial Lending relationships in the assigned market by active networking, establishing relationships with new business prospects, and growing existing customer relationships.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
