The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire lifecycle—from incoming components and manufacturing to final system validation and customer delivery. This role partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for hardware and system-level quality issues. Testing Support Perform system-level and component-level failure analysis on servers, storage systems, and rack-level integrations. Analyze hardware, firmware, and system logs to identify failure patterns and contributing factors. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), isolate failure modes and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with the vendors. Develop and execute failure reproduction and validation test plans. R&D Support Reliability testing knowledge related to Quality and Manufacturing to prevent field issues. Provide input to improve product reliability, test coverage, and documentation. Quality & Reliability Support Support Failure Analysis (FA), RMAs, and field return investigations Drive 8D / corrective action for customer-reported issues Identify systemic issues and escape risks from field data Participate in reliability testing and validation when required Documentation Support Prepare FA reports, issue summaries, and customer presentations Maintain clear communication with customers on status, risks, and action plans
