Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support and monitor production systems and apply troubleshooting / predictive technologies appropriately Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and problems that adversely affect plant operations. Apply data analysis techniques, root cause analysis, corrective action plans Lead root cause failure analysis and failure mode effect analysis for equipment failures Analyze system data following corrective repair work to identify trends and formulate improvement solutions Provide support to production to ensure equipment is maintained at level required to provide a high degree of reliability and maximize useful life Understand and set goals to improve maintenance department KPIs that relate directly to reliability Develop business cases for improvements requiring investment and participate as necessary in capital planning Participate in and contribute to the design review and selection of new equipment Evaluate data, organize, and present to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and savings initiatives Support other maintenance team members as necessary, cover. Lead life cycle asset management activities to identify obsolescence and develop transition plans Analyze PM effectiveness and implement PM changes to best suit mechanic, operator, and equipment needs Development and continued improvement of asset criticality and spare parts optimization Support maintenance planner and team in transition of new assets into site reliability plan following new project commissioning Operates within the core values of respect and care for others. Requirements

  • Ten (10+) years’ experience in reliability / maintenance engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Reliability Engineering concepts such as RCM, TPM, FMEA experience with process improvement principles such as Lean and/or Six Sigma
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, Power BI suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Team player, prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture in operations leadership
  • Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field with 3 plus years in engineering role in industrial facility
