About The Position

Lab: Match colors both visually and according to spectral data. Operate all laboratory testing equipment. Identify proper vehicle system for given application. Identify/recognize a customer’s environmental restrictions and formulate accordingly. Make proper anilox selection per machine requirements. Generate best color match within cost constraints. Customer Service: Enter orders and communicate with production as orders are filled and shipped. Communicate with internal and external customers to respond to inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records. Production/Shipping: Assist with making product, following formulas, and providing quality control. Pull customer orders following necessary requirements for documenting, processing, and filing paperwork. Cover vacancies in off-site locations assisting in daily operations; production, shipping, housekeeping, etc. 10% overnight travel, will vary per business needs. Log orders in 3PL matrix. Operate PIT to complete orders, load trucks, etc. Lift and transport loads of up to 50 pounds Accounting Assist with coverage in accounting department as needed within the limitations of internal financial policy and controls.

Requirements
