Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison between consumers and the company helping potential buyers find homes on vmfhomes.com.
  • Receives calls from other departments and finds best connection for customers.
  • Receives incoming calls and makes outbound calls through inhouse call system (InGenius) to prospective home buyers generated from various marketing efforts.
  • Responds to voicemails.
  • Schedules home viewings with potential buyers.
  • Meets quota expectations and sales goals.
  • Replies to all Live Chats that are initiated through company website (vmfhomes.com).
  • Communicates via email and text messaging via Salesforce.
  • Educates customers on home buying process based on payment method.
  • Performs error free data entry on Salesforce (Vantage - Customer Relationship Management software) to track customer progress.
  • Assists DSM Professionals in marketing and communication with potential consumers on Vanderbilt repossessed homes.
  • Connects potential buyers with internal Application Specialists for customers needing financing or refers them to fill out an application online.
  • Consults with Direct Sales Professionals and Asset Managers to gather information for potential customers and to answer specific questions and timelines on home availability.
  • Responds to offers on homes to assist negotiations.
  • Consults with Asset Managers and/or Direct Sales Professionals for approval on final price.
  • Follows up with prospective buyers on viewing, completed applications, etc. and documents all changes and updates in Vantage.
  • Ensures availability to potential buyers throughout entire home buying journey for questions, guidance, and education.
  • Participates in monthly one on one meetings with team lead to receive constructive feedback, development, and encouragement.
  • Adheres to call quality guidelines on monthly graded calls and adjusts due to coaching received.
  • Attends trainings with updates on new technology/system updates.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years related experience preferred.
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office and Salesforce Vantage a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, live chat and person to person.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Exhibit great interpersonal skills, effective persuasive skills, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple and/or conflicting responsibilities.
  • Active listener with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with various internal and external customers.
  • Creative in communication and customer approach.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.
  • Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.
