About The Position

The main purpose of this job is to support Lockbox Remittance Processing services. This includes providing expedited collection and processing of different types of payments and correspondence for our customers and electronic documentation.

Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
Ability to lift and move mail trays weighing up to 15 pounds
Repetitive hand movement
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours may be required
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
1+ years of payment processing or related experience in production environment required

Responsibilities

Must have a clear understanding of unique customer instructions and department processing guidelines
Meet department production & quality goals
Workgroup item processing that includes batch log on, batch re- association and the ability to process multiple accounts with different processing instructions
Data Entry item processing that includes capturing from scanned image, in multiple applications, or physical work, manual keying, and field validation with the ability to process multiple accounts with different processing instructions
Process PHI and PCI in compliance with HIPAA and all other applicable policies and regulations
Cross-train and deliver results in other areas of the department as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
