About The Position

As an Account Executive, you’ll prospect, close, and expand facility partners through inside sales techniques. You’ll be assigned a market of accounts in the US and will be accountable for revenue growth in that market. Whether you’re an early-career builder looking to learn fast, or an experienced seller/operator, there’s an opportunity at Clipboard. This role is remote, with occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences
  • Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action
  • Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (healthcare or marketplace experience a plus)
  • Skilled at managing a full book of business - prospecting, closing, and expanding existing accounts
  • Data-driven and strategic, able to shape territory plans and mentor newer teammates
  • Comfortable owning results end to end with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate pipeline via outbound (primarily calls & emails) and inbound lead follow-up
  • Pitch and demo Clipboard clearly - tailoring the story to each facility’s pain points
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (B2B Sales Environment)
  • Occasional travel to the US for conferences, team time, and select customer meetings.
