Requirements

• A diploma in nursing or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries.
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in French, is mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Personalize program elements to meet the needs of designated prescribers.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards of the governing nursing body.
• Review patient status and assist prescribers with patient registration and special authorization requests.
• Proactively assess programs and suggest improvements for service quality.
• Complete relevant reports according to specified deadlines and standards.
• Welcome each patient into the program and assist with necessary patient information.
• Coordinate insurance coverage activities and follow up with patients on reimbursement outcomes.
