Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Reliable internet connection Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability Training and Support AO Globe Life provides comprehensive onboarding to ensure every team member begins with a strong foundation.
