About The Position

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with credit union members via Zoom
Assess client needs and clearly explain available coverage options
Guide clients through the enrollment process in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development
