Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
  • Educate clients on available benefit options in a clear, professional manner
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs
  • Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent service
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
