Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
• Must be physically located within the United States
• Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
• Explain available benefit options and guide clients through enrollment
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client’s needs
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
• Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and consistency
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
• Expand professional connections through client interaction and referrals
