Your role is to connect with these individuals, schedule virtual appointments, and guide them through the benefits enrollment process. No cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required. Through partnerships with unions, credit unions, and veteran organizations, we provide supplemental life and health benefits designed to protect families and strengthen financial security. Requirements

Strong communicator comfortable speaking with clients on Zoom
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Organized and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Access to a Windows-based computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

Reach out to individuals who have requested information about coverage options
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life, accident, and supplemental benefits
Guide clients through the enrollment and policy education process
Maintain accurate and compliant digital records
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve performance and share strategies
