  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
  • Guide clients through benefit options and support enrollment
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
  • Recruit, mentor, and support team members
  • Set performance expectations and track progress
  • Lead team meetings, coaching sessions, and development calls
  • Promote a culture of accountability and growth
