About The Position

In this role, you will lead and deliver large, complex digital transformation programs that span multiple regions. By overseeing various projects and workstreams within an integrated program, you will ensure that all initiatives align with the strategic business goals of the organization. You will have a critical impact on fostering collaboration across global teams and vendor ecosystems, ensuring alignment, and delivering measurable outcomes on digital initiatives. Accountabilities Manage end-to-end program delivery across diverse digital initiatives, including platform modernization and customer-facing solutions. Coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues across projects to maintain schedule integrity. Drive project prioritization to optimize resources and maximize business impact. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams. Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and transparency in program activities. Foster collaboration across global teams and vendor ecosystems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field. 10+ years leading large-scale digital programs with customer-facing platforms. Experience managing complex programs/projects, particularly in Contact-to-Cash initiatives. Certifications: PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
