About The Position

In this leadership role, you will guide an Evidence Generation team dedicated to Oncology, crafting strategies that ensure the robustness of our research efforts. You will lead initiatives to generate impactful evidence through real-world studies, engaging collaborations, and communication plans tailored for the US market. Your work will not only shape the scientific dialogue but also enhance patient access to innovative therapies, driving both organizational excellence and community partnerships. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant senior roles within Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
• Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large teams.
• Deep understanding of the US Payer environment and healthcare landscape.
• Expertise in research methodology and evidence communication tailored to external audiences.
• Experience with analyzing clinical studies and patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of evidence generation strategies for Oncology.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration with Medical Directors and Market Access teams.
• Drive innovation and change in evidence generation approaches.
• Engage with external stakeholders to enhance the impact of evidence strategies.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee operational excellence and budget management for the Evidence Generation function.
