Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in a Corporate FP&A role.
• FP&A experience in the software or technology industry.
• Excellent financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated process improvement and project management abilities.
• Ability to balance short-term and long-term initiatives while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the annual plan and updated forecasts for Revenue, Billings, and Collections.
• Providing financial support for the corporate bonus program.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve forecasts.
• Monitoring performance against forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Supporting monthly financial reporting including variance analysis.
• Assisting in the development of long-range financial plans.
• Driving standardization and automation of headcount requests and approvals.
• Reporting to senior management on performance and forecasting accuracy.
• Evaluating current forecasting methodologies to develop scalable solutions.
