Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
  • Introduce clients to available benefit programs and explain options clearly

  • Participate in virtual training workshops and leadership development programs
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to strengthen professional skills
