About The Position

Were seeking a detail-driven and client-focused Remote Luxury Experience Planner to design high-end, personalized travel and lifestyle experiences for discerning clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating seamless, VIP-level service while working independently in a remote environment. As a Luxury Experience Planner, youll consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and lifestyle, then research, coordinate, and manage every detail to deliver unforgettable, white-glove experiences from start to finish.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and communication tools
A service-first mindset with a passion for elevated client experiences
Citizens of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, and Spain only

Experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, or event coordination is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to understand client preferences, goals, and budget
Design customized luxury travel and experience proposals
Research high-end accommodations, exclusive tours, private transfers, and premium amenities
Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and special requests
Manage timelines, itineraries, and client communication
Provide proactive, concierge-level customer service before, during, and after travel
Maintain detailed records and ensure smooth execution of every experience
