Accountabilities Lead teams of software engineers to create market-leading solutions. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing engineering talent. Oversee team leaders to support their missions and delivery commitments. Identify workflow roadblocks to enable continuous delivery at scale. Inspire and coach team leaders for ongoing professional development. Ensure product security, compliance, and reliability for customers. Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the vision and strategy. Partner with Product leadership to align on strategic commitments. Build cross-functional relationships to enhance user experiences. Facilitate process and practice maturity for global growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software development and data solution development.
- 2+ years of experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
- Strong technical expertise in modern development practices.
- Ability to balance leadership and delivery in a player-coach role.
- Exceptional skills in mentoring, coaching, and career development.
- Experience with large-scale ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Track record in high-volume data environments with large datasets.
- Understanding of data warehouse architecture and CDC patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure, especially AWS data services.
