About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) for a full-time remote role based in New York. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants a dependable weekday schedule while continuing to provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population. The role includes ongoing sessions, assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and maintaining clear documentation that supports continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active New York LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Previous experience in mental health treatment preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong clinical standards
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing care in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Complete mental health assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions based on client needs and diagnosis
• Document sessions, plans, and progress notes accurately
• Maintain a full-time caseload and manage follow-up care appropriately
• Recognize when higher levels of care or referrals are needed
• Adhere to all clinical, privacy, and licensing requirements
