About The Position

This full-time telehealth role centers on helping clients work through mental health concerns with consistent clinical support and structured treatment. You will meet with clients virtually, complete assessments, document sessions, review outcomes, and guide each case with sound clinical judgment. It is a practical role for therapists who want dependable hours, clear expectations, and meaningful day-to-day clinical work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active Indiana LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy services in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
• Ability to manage caseload responsibilities independently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using remote technology, EHR systems, and secure video platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments and establish treatment objectives
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely client documentation
• Track progress and revise care plans based on presentation and outcomes
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches within scope of practice
• Respond appropriately to urgent clinical needs and risk concerns
