Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, including performance management and team building.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in mobile applications.
• Proven track record of leading mobile teams and scaling applications in production.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product development.
• Deep expertise in mobile development (Swift, Kotlin), software engineering fundamentals, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of talented mobile engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development.
• Drive execution by taking end-to-end ownership of features and projects from planning to launch.
• Foster technical excellence through guiding architectural decisions and leading code/design reviews.
• Ensure high-quality standards by promoting robust, maintainable code and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams to enhance user experiences.
• Support recruiting and hiring efforts to build a diverse and skilled team.
• Be hands-on when necessary to troubleshoot issues or prototype innovative solutions.
