About The Position
Evertas is a rapidly growing startup working at the intersection of cryptocurrency, blockchain, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and insurance. Our mission is to help companies operating in emerging technology sectors manage complex operational and security risks. We work with leading organizations across the digital asset ecosystem, helping them protect infrastructure, manage cyber threats, and navigate operational risks in rapidly evolving industries. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations & Strategy Coordinator to support our leadership and technical teams. This is an administrative and operational role with high visibility across the company. You will help coordinate projects, manage internal operations, support leadership initiatives, and ensure teams stay aligned as the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, and working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of professional experience (administrative, operations, project coordination, or similar roles)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or emerging industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal projects across underwriting, operations, and research teams
- Manage schedules, internal meetings, and project timelines
- Track deliverables and follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Organize internal documentation, reports, and operational processes
- Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects
- Prepare internal reports, research summaries, and presentation materials
- Help improve internal workflows and operational efficiency
- Support cross-functional collaboration across remote teams
