Educating clients on available options
Guiding clients through enrollment via Zoom and phone

Requirements

• Coachable and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Comfortable with Zoom, email, and online tools
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior sales or insurance experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual presentations to assigned leads
• Guide clients through available options and assist with enrollment
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules
• Collaborate with a remote sales team while working independently
• Consistently meet weekly performance goals
