This position focuses on conducting scheduled virtual consultations, presenting company-approved programs, and assisting individuals with enrollment. The role offers structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a defined path to Entry-Level Management and Leadership for high performers.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and open to coaching
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • No sales or insurance experience required — comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual meetings via Zoom and phone
  • Present approved programs clearly, professionally, and compliantly
  • Educate individuals on available options and assist with enrollment
  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up schedules
  • Manage assigned leads responsibly and professionally
  • Collaborate with a nationally distributed remote sales team
  • Consistently meet weekly performance and activity goals
