Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience as a sales manager or team lead with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven sales management skills including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting strategies to all staff levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed team sales quotas consistently.
  • Experience in developing scalable processes for a growing sales team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales technologies.
  • Superior leadership and management skills, emphasizing communication, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Experience executing high growth sales initiatives with an understanding of risk and finance aspects.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams including product and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and mentor a high-performing associate sales team to lead and grow sales revenue within corporate net-new accounts.
  • Promote operational excellence through strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Provide regular, data-based updates to the leadership team regarding progress against quota attainment and team performance.
  • Develop a close partnership with marketing teams to foster seamless collaboration.
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Create and execute impactful sales pitches and messaging.
  • Help build a culture of achievement and success within the team.
