Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial operations or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through operational excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate growth objectives into actionable sales targets and execution plans.

  • Manage the global Master/Transaction Agreement process for service efficiency.
  • Establish scalable sales processes and best practices across regions.
  • Develop new sales programs to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the automation and enhancement of forecasting processes.
  • Define and track KPIs related to pipeline health and revenue realization.
  • Design and optimize global incentive compensation strategies.
  • Ensure consistency of sales operations frameworks while allowing for local adaptation.
