About the position
Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Remotely with our client in NY. The position is for a Software Engineer, specifically a Salesforce Developer, who has experience with large and mature enterprise environments. The job involves providing designs, specifying information systems solutions, and offering the highest level of technical direction in developing new or existing applications to solve essential complex problems or enhancements. The role includes serving as a principal application designer for critical components and major modifications, effectively using analytical and technical skills, available technology, and tools to evaluate client requirements and processes. The job holder will also complete and oversee complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts, playing a key role as a leader and individual contributor on complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide designs and specify information systems solutions.
- Serve as a principal application designer for critical components and major modifications.

- Confer with other development, operations staff, and technology staff.

- Lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software.
- Promote the use of development standards and procedures.
- Assist in developing expense and capital budgets.

- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the client brand.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in systems analysis/application development.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in application development software and hardware platforms.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in operating computers and pertinent project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in presenting to the target audience.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.

Benefits
- Pay: $53.20 - $88.65 / hr.
- Hours: 40 hrs/Week.
- Length: Contract (5 months).
