About The Position

In this role, you will have a significant impact by designing user experiences for complex, data-driven applications that support scientific, regulatory, and analytical workflows. You will work collaboratively within an agile team, creating intuitive interfaces that facilitate interaction with large datasets and intricate system behaviors. Requirements

• Proven experience designing UX for enterprise or analytical applications.
• Strong capability to translate complex data models into clear user flows and interface patterns.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards and forms.
• Understanding of user roles, permissions, and task-based workflows.
• Ability to design for edge cases, validations, and feedback.
• Experience with accessibility standards (Section 508 / WCAG).
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for complex, data-driven applications, supporting scientific, regulatory, and analytical workflows.
• Translate complex environmental datasets, scientific values, calculations, and business rules into intuitive, usable interfaces.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners to design UX solutions aligned with system architecture and data models.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes reflecting real system behaviors, including validations and error handling.
• Design interfaces for data-heavy views like dashboards, tables, forms and analytical tools.
• Ensure UX designs support data integrity, traceability, and auditability for compliance-driven systems.
• Incorporate accessibility requirements into complex application components.
