Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
  • Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide post-enrollment support
  • Maintain accurate and compliant digital client records and follow-up communications
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops
