About The Position

PART TIME POSIITON
Rental associate will maintain the inspection & cleaning of all Rental equipment. Run cashier register when needed along with other tasks in the Service Shop area. Must be available on the weekends.

Requirements

• Requires confidence, computer literacy, and creative thinking.
• Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
• Is a professional at all times with strong work ethic and demonstrated business acumen.
• The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical knowledge is a Plus

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate safe operation of the rental equipment to customers where necessary.
• Communicate with delivery customers to ensure timing coordination with pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Responsible for monitoring the cleaning of all returned Rental equipment
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, clean and inspect assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Ensure proper transaction both on delivery and receipt of a rentals.
