About The Position

Paddock Chevrolet Best Places to work Finalist for the 2nd year. Paddock Chevrolet is hiring a part-time Loaner Car agent to assist customers into borrowed vehicles while they are in for service. We are looking for an energetic customer service oriented person able to work: Tuesday - Friday 1pm-6pm and Saturdays 7am-5pm

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Good face-to-face customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Loaner or Rental Car Experience
• Automotive Dealership Experience a plus
• Dealertrack and X-Time experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing a fleet of 40+ loaner vehicles, ensuring they are ready for use when loaned and thoroughly checked upon return
• Inputting customer information to create loaner agreement and obtaining the necessary signatures
• Confirming customer’s documents meet requirements to receive a borrowed vehicle from our dealership
• Tracking vehicles to know all cars are accounted for and when additional cars are available to service customers
• Covering the Service Cashier as needed, checking out customers and receiving payments
• Clerical tasks as necessary to support other employees/departments
