About The Position

Fury Motors is looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Rental & Loaner Coordinator to manage our rental and loaner fleet at the dealership level. This is a key role in our Service Department that directly supports customer satisfaction, operational flow, and department revenue. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role offers a great opportunity to grow within a family-owned dealership group that values teamwork and accountability. As the Rental & Loaner Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all rental and loaner activity at the rooftop. You’ll ensure customers have a seamless experience while also protecting dealership revenue and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership, rental car, or service department experience
  • Familiarity with repair orders (ROs)
  • Billing or administrative coordination experience
  • Basic computer and data entry skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily rental and loaner reservations for service customers
  • Coordinate vehicle availability with Service Advisors and technicians
  • Prepare and process rental agreements and documentation
  • Conduct vehicle check-out and return walk-arounds (mileage, fuel, damage)
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and ready for the next customer
  • Accurately bill rental charges, fees, and extensions to repair orders (ROs)
  • Monitor utilization to ensure all revenue is captured
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with Service and Accounting teams
  • Track fleet usage, maintenance needs, and turnaround times
  • Clearly communicate rental terms and expectations to customers
  • Follow dealership policies and risk management procedures
  • Coordinate with Sales Management on adding and retiring fleet vehicles
  • Help coordinate maintenance and repairs for the rental fleet
