What You’ll Do This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll be involved in: Customer Interaction Helping customers with equipment pickup and return Demonstrating safe and effective equipment operation Making sure every customer leaves confident in what they’re using Equipment and Yard Operations Preparing, inspecting, and cleaning equipment so it is safe and ready to perform Loading and unloading equipment safely Keeping the yard organized, efficient, and professional Mechanical and Technical Work Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on equipment Assisting technicians with more advanced repairs Following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards Operations and Support Maintaining inventory and service records Completing inspection and condition reports Supporting deliveries, facility upkeep, and daily branch operations In short, you help keep the operation running smoothly and the equipment working the way it should.
