The Repair Manager is responsible for the overall performance of repair operations, including backlog management, production output, quality, and leader development. This role sets expectations, establishes priorities, and ensures repair teams operate efficiently and consistently with KEH repair standards. The Repair Manager leads supervisors, builds scalable processes, and drives continuous improvement to support business objectives. Location On-site Smyrna, GA -this is an on-site one

Requirements

  • DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE LEADING CAMERA OR ELECTRONICS REPAIR OPERATIONS
  • STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, BACKLOG CONTROL, AND QUALITY SYSTEMS
  • PROVEN ABILITY TO DEVELOP SUPERVISORS AND LEAD TEAMS AT SCALE
  • EXPERIENCE BUILDING AND ENFORCING SOPS AND OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
  • COMFORT WORKING WITH NETSUITE TOOLS AND INTERNAL KEH SYSTEMS
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION, DECISION-MAKING, AND ACCOUNTABILITY SKILLS

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end repair backlog management, prioritization, and production planning
  • Lead and develop Technician Supervisors and Apprentice Supervisors through regular coaching and one-on-ones
  • Establish and track repair KPls including backlog age, throughput, on-target percentage, and quality
  • Ensure repair output meets KEH quality standards and customer expectations
  • Drive accountability for daily execution, staffing alignment, and schedule coverage
  • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs and standardized repair processes
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce rework
  • Partner with engineering, training, and operations leadership to expand repair capability
  • Manage vendor relationships related to parts, tools, and repair support
  • Resolve performance, attendance, and conduct issues in coordination with People Operations
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and progression of repair team members
  • Use NetSuite tools and other internal KEH systems to monitor performance, backlog, and operational trends
