What This Role Is About Repair Technicians are responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, high-quality service that supports an outstanding customer experience. You will: Perform phone and tablet repairs using structured repair procedures Execute automotive key cutting and programming services Complete battery testing and installation (automotive and specialty) Diagnose issues carefully and document completed work Maintain organized, clean, and professional work areas Follow safety standards and repair guidelines consistently This role requires attention to detail, accountability, and pride in doing the job correctly the first time. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated hands-on mechanical or technical aptitude through work experience, training, or education
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small components
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured repair procedures
