About The Position

The Report Quality Assurance Review position is responsible for conducting primary review of vehicle inspections reports to ensure clients’ needs are satisfied with the highest quality and technically sound inspection reports. Review inspection reports for overall quality which includes spelling, grammar, and mechanical and technical accuracy Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with inspectors on any follow up issues or clarifications needed related to inspection reports Ensure inspection reports satisfy any specific client requests Follow standard operating procedures of calling and closing tickets which includes updating status’, sending final reports to the client, and notifying accounting of report completion Simultaneously operate multiple sections of company website and communicate using internal messaging and VOIP applications Please note this job description is not designed to cover all possible activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements

• Mechanical or technical experience in automobile industry
• Ability to multitask when using multiple applications
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
• Must be have basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a repair facility technician preferred
• ASE or I-Car Certified preferred
