JOB SUMMARY: The Reporting Analyst (RA) designs, develops, and tests database queries and analyzes reports. The RA creates extensive reports, visualizes data, and provides insights and recommendations in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. Provides subject matter expertise on all relevant data sources and reporting content. Develops systems, as needed, for data capture and tracking. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains database queries and reports. Develops system reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports to management. Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information. Automates data extraction, transfer, and data mining from various systems and sources. Transfers data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats and visualizes data for diverse audiences. Transforms data into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and feedback for service improvement opportunities. Manages reporting and analysis elements on all business initiative projects. Troubleshoots barriers to obtain meaningful reporting and coordinates resolutions to obtain relevant data to measure performance of key initiatives. Analyzes operational data, builds models, and surfaces actionable insights to drive key decisions for Operations Leadership. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement with key stakeholders and drives initiatives to leverage data and analytics for the company. Performs other related duties as assigned.
