We're looking for repo men who know how to get the job done and want to actually get paid for it. $80 base per car. Cars that require dollies pay $95. Most jobs mix both — averages out to $88/car. Average guys on our team bring home $7,500 a month. Top guys push $10,000+. The more cars you run, the more you make. Requirements

Valid driver's license, clean record
23 or older (insurance requirement)
Experience on a tow truck — wheel-lift, self-loader, or flatbed
Pass a background check and drug test
Keep your cool when things get tense — this job involves dealing with people

Nice To Haves

Law enforcement — If you've worked as an officer, deputy, or sheriff's deputy, you already know how to handle people in tough situations. We want guys with that background.
Military — Any branch, any MOS. The ability to stay calm and get the job done carries over directly. We have a strong veteran presence and we're building more of that.
