YOUR MISSION Manage orderbook of assigned accounts including Sales orders and Bulk orders Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team, and Sales Manage the full order life cycle including internal coordination with Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations and Warehousing Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve orderbook issues with Accounts Analyze orderbook and develop/ execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals Collaborate with the Credit and Return teams to assist customer’s needs and manage chargeback disputes Responsible for presenting monthly KPIs to Account Success management and manage daily EDI uploads.
