About The Position

ARCHIMED is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the People Value Creation Team and support the execution of executive search mandates and leadership advisory work across the portfolio. The role sits at the center of the search process and contributes to the research, analysis and market intelligence that underpin leadership recruitment. Working closely with the search lead, the Sr. Analyst develops talent market perspectives, identifies potential candidates across relevant sectors and supports the preparation of materials used in discussions with ARCHIMED partners, portfolio company leadership teams and boards. The position provides exposure to senior executives across the global healthcare sector and offers insight into how private equity investors evaluate leadership teams and build organizations capable of scaling under private equity ownership.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally within executive search, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or healthcare strategy
  • Experience conducting structured research, market mapping, or analytical work supporting senior decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and high professional discretion when working on confidential leadership matters
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare, private equity, and leadership talent within high-growth companies

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of executive search mandates across ARCHIMED’s portfolio companies, primarily focused on CEO, C-suite, and senior leadership roles
  • Develop structured talent maps and candidate long lists across relevant healthcare sectors
  • Identify target executives through research across portfolio-relevant companies, leadership teams, and industry networks
  • Conduct background research on potential candidates and evaluate relevance to search mandates
  • Support outreach and early engagement with prospective candidates
  • Participate in initial screening conversations with executives
  • Capture structured candidate assessments and maintain candidate pipelines throughout the search process
  • Conduct sector and company research to inform search strategy and candidate targeting
  • Track leadership movements across ARCHIMED’s core healthcare sectors
  • Contribute to talent market views used to guide leadership hiring decisions
  • Coordinate interview processes between candidates, portfolio company leadership teams and ARCHIMED partners
  • Maintain search trackers and internal reporting used to monitor progress across active searches
  • Ensure search processes progress efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Prepare materials used throughout the search process including talent maps, candidate long lists, search updates and executive candidate summaries
  • Support preparation of materials used in discussions with portfolio company CEOs, boards and ARCHIMED partners
  • Support leadership assessment and management evaluation during investment due diligence
  • Assist with broader People VCT initiatives related to leadership development and organizational capability across the portfolio
