About The Position
Join the Analytical Operations team to support early -stage biopharmaceutical development through analytical characterization of product quality, purity, and stability. This role utilizes analytical tools to characterize the physical and chemical properties of biopharmaceutical products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Hands -on experience with HPLC/UPLC, CE, or LC -MS.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ELN systems, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of GMP practices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non -routine analytical testing using physiochemical techniques such as U/HPLC, icIEF, CE -SDS, and LC -MS.
- Accurately document experimental procedures and results in an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) following ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Support laboratory operations including reagent management, consumable stocking, waste handling, and equipment upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and internal quality procedures.
