As a Research Associate for the Yan lab in the School of Molecular Biosciences, you will conduct research in reproductive biology and genetic engineering. Your research will be centered on the genetic and epigenetic regulation of fertility, as well as the epigenetic contributions of gametes (sperm and eggs) to fertilization, early embryonic development, and long-term health in adulthood. In this role, you will need to be highly motivated and enjoy a collaborative atmosphere with the lab and the School of Molecular Biosciences. Additional Information: This is a full time (100% FTE), project position. This position is overtime eligible. Temporary End Date: This is a temporary position expected to end on March 31, 2027. Renewal is dependent on the need for extension and/or if additional funding is secured to extend employment. Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination.
