Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial operations
- Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across multiple departments

- Exposure to research finance, sponsored programs, or grant management is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the financial operations of sponsored research and grant-funded programs
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and budget-to-actual analyses
- Assist with award setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities
- Compile and format financial reports for leadership review
- Partner with Sponsored Programs, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reporting
- Monitor sponsor regulations and institutional policies with guidance from senior staff
