About The Position

As the Research Quality Analyst on the Channel & Customer Research (CCR) team, you will be essential in upholding the quality and accuracy of our AI-driven primary research. This role is responsible for the end-to-end quality assurance of our research projects, from auditing foundational documents like questionnaires and prompt sheets to performing final reviews of our Gen Grid Channel Check outputs. You will be a key player in ensuring that our research is accurate, consistent, and valuable to our clients. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in AI-powered research and contribute to the refinement of workflows that generate trackable, high-quality insights.

Requirements

  • You have 1–3+ years of experience in a role focused on quality assurance, content review, copy editing, research, or data analysis.
  • You possess an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • You are highly analytical and intellectually curious, with the ability to quickly understand new concepts and identify inconsistencies in data and text.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience editing and proofreading professional documents.
  • You are comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • You have a strong interest in technology and artificial intelligence; experience with AI or large language models is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rigorous quality assurance on Gen Grid Channel Check outputs to ensure data accuracy, grammatical correctness, and adherence to stylistic guidelines.
  • Audit and edit all project-related documentation—including AI prompt sheets, questionnaires, and project briefs—to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the research team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing and refining AI prompts to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated research outputs.
  • Help develop and maintain quality assurance checklists and documentation to standardize best practices across the team.
  • Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, report on findings, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support the research team in testing new AI-driven research tools and workflows, providing critical feedback on functionality and output quality.
