Job Summary: The Research Scientist – Synthesis Development will be part of the Enabling Technologies team. In this position, the scientist will develop innovative synthetic methodologies to realize novel OLED material designs. The position also involves modeling, design, and synthesis of organic and organometallic compounds with an emphasis on researching the properties of the materials in the context of OLED display engineering. In this role, you will collaborate with chemists and engineers to optimize syntheses and molecular properties to improve OLED materials and devices.
